Quality measurement of supervision provided by Centrum nové naděje

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na supervizi v pomáhajících profesích. V teoretické část je obecně vymezeno co to je supervize a jaké jsou její funkce. Dále jsou popsány některé druhy a techniky supervize. Poslední kapitola teoretické částí pojednává o osobě supervizora. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu. Byl použit dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Cílem bylo zjistit co si respondenti představují pod supervizí, co od ni očekávají, zda supervizi považují za kvalitní a jak hodnotí supervizora. Bylo také zjišťováno jak vzniká supervizní kontrakt a zda se odpovědi respondentů mění v závislosti na velikosti organizace, počtu zaměstnanců, intervalu supervize a účast respondenta na supervizi. K prokázání, nebo popření těchto závislostí byla použit Perasonova korelační analýza.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis focuses on supervision in the helping professions. The theoretical part is generally defined by what it is a supervision and what are its functions. The following describes some types of supervision techniques. The last chapter of theory discusses about a person of supervisor. The practical part presents the results of quantitative research. Questionnaire was used by design of my own. The aim was to determine what the respondents know about supervision, what they expect from supervision, if a supervision is good method and consider how to evaluace quality of supervisor. There was also examined how the supervisory contract arises and whether the answers of respondents varies depending on size of organization, staffing, supervision and participation respondent to supervision. To demonstrate, or deny of these interdependencies was used Perason?s correlation analysis.
