T: The evolution of Czech and Slovak food photography in books
Abstract:
The present thesis investigates the evolution of photography in Czech and Slovak cookbooks. It presents the progression of recipe photography from its beginnings until today, as well an overview of food photography authors.
Abstract:
Témou tejto diplomovej práce je fotografia a jej vývoj v kuchárskych knihách na územi Česka a Slovenska. Diplomová práca približuje vývoj fotografie v kuchárskych knihách od jej vzniku až po súčasnosť. Práca obsahuje prehľad autorov, ktorí sa venujú fotografií jedla.
