Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou správního trestání fyzických osob v České republice.Obsahuje základní teoretické informace o správněprávní odpovědnosti a správních deliktech obecně, které jsou východisky pro další část práce, ve které jsou podrobněji rozebrány jednotlivé typy správních deliktů.
Abstract:
The subject of this work is Legal regulation of an Administrative Punishment Falls of Natural Persons. The work includes a theoretical part about legal liability and administrative torts. The next part is about particular kinds of administrative torts.
