Software for volunteer firefighters generating intervention reports

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření softwaru pro dobrovolné hasiče, pomocí kterého budou moci jednoduše vytvářet a spravovat zprávy o zásahu. Zprávu o zásahu musí tvořit sbor po každém výjezdu. Software bude umožňovat předepsat hodnoty, které se automaticky vygenerují do každé nové zprávy. Při vytváření nové zprávy bude po zadání minimálního počtu potřebných údajů, které nelze automatizovat, vygenerována zpráva připravená pro tisk, kterou software odešle na předem definované e-maily. Práce bude implementována v jazyce C#.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to create a software for volunteer firefighters that would help them with report's writing and administrating. These reports have to be created for every single action. The main advantage of this software is that it enables the user to predefine some information, which are later generated automatically. That means that when somebody writes the report, only a few information are needed (only the data which can´t be automatized). Right after the finishing the report, the generated report is ready for printing or for sending to predefined email addresses. The program is written in C# programming language.
