Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením -tokoferolu v kapilární krvi získané technikou suché kapky metodou plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí a optimalizací postupu přípravy vzorku. Teoretická část práce shrnuje chemické vlastnosti -tokoferolu, jeho význam v lidském organismu a dostupné metody jeho stanovení v různých biologických matricích. This thesis deals with the determination of -tocopherol in capillary blood obtained by the dried blood spot technique using gas chromatography with mass detection and optimization of the sample preparation procedure.
