Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vzdělávacích potřeb u zaměstnanců zvoleného podniku. V teoretické části nejprve zasazuji tuto problematiku do terminologického konceptu širšího tématu, jímž je společnost, její podoby a projevy dopadu změn na fungování společnosti. The thesis´ focus is on educational needs for employees of one selected company. In the beginning I put such problematics into a terminological-draft of a wider subject matter, which is a society itself - its forms and repercussions to changes towards the functioning of society.
