Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje významu profesní identity manažerů a jejímu vztahu k jejich kariérnímu vývoji. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti osobnosti manažera, jeho kariérního vývoje a profesní identity, aby čtenáři mohli lépe porozumět dané problematice. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který poskytl důležité informace o profesní identitě manažerů a jejich kariérním vývoji. Zároveň jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější poznatky, které vyplynuly z výzkumu, a je prezentován přínos této práce pro manažery v praxi.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the importance of professional identity of managers and its relationship to their career development. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts in the field of manager personality, their career development, and professional identity, to help readers better understand the issue at hand. In the practical part, the results of qualitative research are presented, which provided important information on the professional identity of managers and their career development. Additionally, the most important findings that emerged from the research are summarized, and the contribution of this work to managers in practice is presented.
