Abstract:
The thesis specifies problematic software usability testing using method of the heuristic evaluation. There are described the current method of the heuristic evaluation. Next is designed the methodology for the design usability guidelines for usability testing software use in public government. The crealing usability guidelines are tested on the select software use in public government.
