Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování reálného podnikatelského záměru na založení restaurace „Geisha“. V první části bude práce zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a informací o podnikání spolu s analýzami, které jsou potřebné ke zpracování podnikatelského záměru. V druhé části bude teoretická část aplikována do praxe.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to develop a realistic business plan for the establishment of a restaurant "Geisha". The first part of the thesis will focus on defining the basic concepts and information about the business along with the analyses that are needed to develop the business plan. In the second part, the theoretical part will be applied to practice.
