Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o asertivitě, komunikaci a souvisejících tématech. Dále obsahuje praktické informace o využití asertivních dovedností v rodině, ve škole, v partnerském vztahu a v profesním životě. Cílem práce bylo vypracovat přehledný text jako teoretický základ dalšího studia na téma asertivita.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledges about assertiveness, communication and related topics. It contains also information utility about using assertive skills in the family life, in school, in partnership and in professional career. The aim of the thesis was to script a theoretical base for future studies of assertiveness.
