Bakalárska práca je venovaná problematike analýzy vzťahov medzi centrálou a pobočkou nadnárodnej spoločnosti, ktoré sú prezentované na konkrétnej prípadovej štúdii. Cieľom práce je analyzovať tieto vzťahy v prostredí vybranej nadnárodnej spoločnosti a ich dopadov a vytvoriť návrhy k zlepšeniu.
