Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje trhu cenných papírů v Rusku, jeho účastníků a vztahu mezi nimi. První částí práce je obecné teoretické vykládání co sebou představuje trh cenných papírů, jeho struktury a organizaci. Druhá část práce je odhalení struktury a organizaci trhu cenných papírů v Rusku, analýza daného trhu, vymezení současných problémů a zjištění aktuálního stavu trhu cenných papírů v Rusku.
Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to the securities market in Russia, its participants and their relations. The first part of this thesis is theoretical interpretation what means the securities market, its structure and organization.
