Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem doručování zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem v pracovním právu. This master's thesis deals with delivery by an employee and by an employer as an institution of labour law. To abide by legal requirements concerning the delivery of documents is of the essence for such delivery to become efficacious and for juridical acts to come into effect and to invoke anticipated legal consequences.
