Bakalářská práce se zabývá právními a ekonomickými aspekty nakládání s jedlými tuky a oleji ve statutárním městě Zlín. V teoretické části je řešena právní a ekonomická stránka na úrovni mezinárodní, evropské a národní. Ve druhé části jsou rozebrány právní a ekonomické nástroje nakládání s jedlými tuky a oleji. Abstract:
The Bacherol's thesis deals with the legal and economic aspects of the management of edible fats and oils in the statutory city of Zlín. In theory, the legal and economic aspects are addressed at international, European and national level.
