Optimizing model production
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá technologií obrábění na CNC frézkách a technologií výroby modelů. Cílem této práce je najít co nejlepší způsob výroby modelů pro výrobu formy pneumatiky slévárenskou technologií. Model se zhotovuje z materiálu Necuron 651 na pětiosé CNC frézce Fidia. Řeší vhodné frézovací nástroje, řezné podmínky a strategii frézování.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the technology of cutting at CNC milling machines and model production technology. The aim of the thesis is to find the best method of model production for tire mold manufacture using cast technology. The model is made from Necuron 651 on Fidia five {--} axis milling - cutter. The thesis concerns suitable cutting tools, cutting conditions and milling policy.
