Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vzácné krvácivé choroby způsobené vrozeným defektem koagulačního faktoru FVII nebo FXI. Hladina faktoru u pacientů s defektem FVII, FXI nemusí korelovat s klinickou manifestací. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda globální testy jsou vhodnou metodou k predikci rizika krvácení. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on rare bleeding disorders caused by congenital deficiencies of coagulation factors FVII, FXI. Factor level weakly correlates with clinical manifestation in patients with FVII, FXI deficiency. The aim of the work was evaluate whether global assays can predict bleeding risk.
