Abstract:
In this thesis, we generate several types of complex networks with selected structural properties and afterwards we use them for simulating the dynamics of a neuron model. V tejto bakalárskej práci sa venujeme generovaniu rôznych typov komplexných sietí s vybranými štrukturálnymi vlastnosťami a následne ich využívame pri simuláciách dynamiky modelu neurónu. Postupne charakterizujeme tri typy sietí, náhodné siete, siete malého sveta a bezškálové siete.
