Infringement of Copyright by Means of Internet
Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem objasnil důležité pojmy z autorského práva týkající se neoprávněných zásahů do autorských práv v prostředí sítě Internet a uvedl konkrétní způsoby jejich porušování. Cílem bylo vysvětlit skutečnosti, které by vedly k pochopení problematiky ze strany těch uživatelů, jejichž právní vědomí v daném prostředí není dostatečné.

In my dissertation I have clarified important phenomena from the area of the copyright concerned unauthorized interventions into the copyright in the area of Internet network and I have mentioned the specific way of their infringement.
