Performance of state administration at the Prague Social Security Administration of the Příbram Territorial Office

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Českou správou sociálního zabezpečení, nemocenským pojištěním, dávkami nemocenského pojištění a zároveň chybovostí při podávání žádostí o dávky nemocenského pojištění. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit informace získané z rozhovorů s referentkami Územního pracoviště Pražské správy sociálního zabezpečení a dotazníku, který jsem zaslala na toto pracoviště Pražské správy sociálního zabezpečení. Vyhodnocení je zaměřeno na zlepšení současné situace České správy sociálního zabezpečení a na její digitalizaci při podávání podkladů k dávkám nemocenského pojištění. V první částí této práce je objasněna teorie týkající se nemocenského pojištění. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou uplatněny v praktické částí této bakalářské práce, kde jsou díky rozhovorům a dotazníku vyhodnoceny nedostatky zasahující do běžného pracovního procesu zpracování dávek nemocenského pojištění. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části, rozhovorů a odpovědí z dotazníku je navrhnuto řešení, které by zjednodušilo samotnou výplatu dávky nemocenského pojištění.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the Czech Social Security Administration, health insurance, health insurance benefits and also the error rate in submitting applications for health insurance benefits. The aim of the work is to evaluate the information obtained from interviews with the clerks of the Territorial Office of the Prague Social Security Administration and the questionnaire that I sent to this workplace of the Prague Social Security Administration. The evaluation is focused on improving the current situation of the Czech Social Security Administration and on its digitization when submitting documents for health insurance benefits. The first part of this work clarifies the theory of health insurance. These theoretical findings are applied in the practical part of this bachelor's thesis, where, thanks to interviews and a questionnaire, the shortcomings of the normal work process of processing health insurance benefits are evaluated. Based on the findings from the theoretical part, interviews and answers from the questionnaire, a solution is proposed that would simplify the payment of health insurance benefits.
