Value Orientation of Students at the Second Grade of a Primary School

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním hodnotových preferencí žáků na 2. stupni ZŠ. Práce se věnuje jednotlivým činitelům působícím na utváření hodnotového systému dnešních adolescentů. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení a kategorizaci pojmů: hodnoty, potřeby, přesvědčení, postoje, hodnotová orientace, hodnotový systém, morální vývoj, sociální souvislosti života člověka, socializace a individualizace osobnosti, adolescence a reforma české školy. Praktická část se zabývá zjišťováním hodnotových preferencí žáků na 2. stupni ZŠ. Tato část je zaměřena na porovnání struktury a obsahu hodnotových preferencí žáků 6. a 9. ročníku a také zjišťování odlišností mezi hodnotovými preferencemi dívek a chlapců. Získané výsledky jsou porovnány s výzkumem NIDM nazvaným Hodnotové orientace dětí ve věku 6 15 let publikovaného roku 2011.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the value orientation of pupils at the second grade of a primary school. It studies different factors influencing the value system of contemporary adolescents. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is concerned with the definitions and categorisation of terms such as: values, needs, convictions, attitudes, value orientation, value systems, moral development, social context of human life, socialisation and individualization of personality, adolescence and the reform of the Czech educational system. The practical part is concerned with finding out the value orientation of pupils at the second grade of a primary school. It is devoted to the comparison of structure and content of value orientation of pupils in 6th and 9th class. It also studies the differences in the value orientation of girls and boys. The results of my research are compared with the study called Value orientation of children aged 6 15 years old made by NIDM and published in 2011.
