Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozhodčího řízení, jakožto jednoho ze způsobů mimosoudního řešení sporů. Cílem práce je charakterizovat rozhodčí řízení a poukázat na možnosti jeho praktického využití. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části a je členěna do šesti kapitol. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the process of arbitration as one way of the alternative dispute resolution. The aim is to characterize the arbitration procedure and to refer to the possibility of its practical use. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part, and it is divided into six chapters.
