Tato práce se zabývá volbou strategií pro vstup na trh práce a vnímáním podpory státní politiky zaměstnanosti u cílové skupiny nezaměstnaných osob 50+. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární zdroje k pojmu trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti, k jejím příčinám a dopadům, k postavení a charakteristice osob 50+ a jejich strategiím.
