My Bachelor thesis is focused on gluten-free and dairy-free diets and their impact on people all over the world. In the theoretical part, the main topics are gluten and lactose and the diseases they are related to. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na bezlepkovú a bezlaktózovú diétu a ich vplyv na okolitý svet. V teoretickej časti sa zameriavam na lepok s laktózou a opisujem choroby, ktoré sa s nimi spájajú. V analytickej časti sa podrobnejšie venujem tejto problematike, zisťujem informovanosť a chuťové vnemy respondentov.
