Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá otci na rodičovské dovolené. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem fungují rodiny s otci na rodičovské dovolené a to přímo pohledem otců na rodičovské dovolené. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. This bachelor thesis deals with fathers on parental leave. The aim of the thesis was to find out how families with fathers on parental leave really work out, from the perspective of fathers on parental leave.
