Benefits of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Implementation in TENOS, spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vyhodnocení přínosů implementace QMS dle požadavků EN ISO 9001:2008 ve společnosti TENOS, spol. s r.o. Autor se v teoretické části bakalářské práce věnuje obecným zásadám a pravidlům QMS, historickému vývoji QMS a metodikám pro stanovení a vyhodnocování nákladů na kvalitu. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje popis implementovaného QMS ve společnosti, jeho analýzu zaměřenou na naplnění všech požadavků přijatého standardu ISO a identifikace doporučení (příležitostí) k jeho dalšímu zlepšování ve vztahu k požadavkům zákazníků ze segmentu automobilového průmyslu.. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce autor rekapituluje stav implementovaného QMS jako celku, provádí celkové vyhodnocení přínosu implementace QMS v organizaci především ve vztahu k nákladům na kvalitu a naplňování požadavků zákazníků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with evaluating the benefits of implementation QMS according to EN ISO 9001:2008 requests in company TENOS, spol. s r.o. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author deals with the general principles and rules of the QMS, historical development of QMS and methodologies for determining and evaluating the cost of quality. The practical part of the thesis contains a description of the implemented QMS in the given company, its analysis focused on meeting all requirements adopted by the ISO standard, and identification of recommendations (opportunities) for its further improvement in relation to the requirements of customers of the automotive industry segment. In the final part of the thesis the author summarizes the state of implemented QMS as a whole, carries out an overall evaluation of the benefits of implementation the QMS in the organization, particularly in relation to the cost of quality and meeting customer requirements
