Abstract:
Práce se zabývá reflexí křesťanské morálky v kontinentálním právu v historii i současnosti, obecně i na konkrétním příkladu umělého přerušení těhotenství, u kterých se zaměřuje na vývoj legislativy i judikatury, zejména ESLP.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with reflexion of Christian morality in European legal culture both in history and present, at first generaly and then through specific example of abortions, focusing on both evolution of legislation and case law, especially by ECHR.
