Tato diplomová práce má za cíl představit koncept modrozelené infrastruktury v podmínkách českého právního řádu. Nejprve se věnuje jejímu obecnému vymezení, principům a vztahu k územnímu plánování a poté jejímu zakotvení na úrovni EU a v právním řádu ČR. This thesis aims to introduce the concept of blue-green infrastructure within the Czech legal system.
