Abstract:
V práci nazvané Mateřská a rodičovská dovolená jsem si dala za cíl přiblížit tuto oblast z hlediska pracovního práva a sociálního zabezpečení tak, jak ji vymezuje současná právní úprava. Zároveň chci ukázat, jak se stát snaží pomoci rodinám s dětmi a jakým způsobem se snaží motivovat zejména mladé rodiny ke zvýšení porodnosti a tím zajistit růst populace do dalších let.

In my thesis named Maternity and Parental Leave I have set the target to elucidate this topic in terms of the labour law and social security in a way as specified by the contemporary legislation.
