Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vlnitou lepenku, od její historie, až po současné zpracování novými technologiemi výroby. Práce obsahuje zkušenosti a informace získané z interních dokumentací firem a odborné literatury. Hlavním tématem je možné zatížení a problematika technologického porovnání krabic z vlnité lepenky. Pro optimalizování dat pevnosti krabic z vlnitých lepenek je nutné využít měření jednotlivých vlastností vlnité lepenky, jsou měřitelné mnoha rozličnými měřícími technikami a následně i jejich částí. Bez tohoto měření nelze říct na jakou aplikaci lze tyto lepenky použít. Nejprve se využije techniky měření váhy a výdrže tlaku na hranu lepenky a následně technikou lisováním získáme data k porovnání s nalezenými daty na oficiálních stránkách. Data ze všech zdrojů budou následně mezi sebou porovnána a zhodnocena. Po zhodnocení se poznatky napíšou do tabulek pro lepší porovnávání. Jakmile budou data takto viditelná přejde se k jejich vyhodnocení a následně navrhnutí možných zlepšení v postupech výroby a řešení v dané problematice. Všechna tato zjištění povedou k možným návrhům, jak zlepšit či odstranit chyby způsobené výrobou nebo konstrukcí krabice.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on corrugated cardboard, from its history to current processing with new production technologies. The work contains experience and information obtained from internal company documentation and professional literature. The main topic is the possible load and the issue of technological comparison of boxes made of corrugated cardboard. In order to optimize the strength data of corrugated cardboard boxes, it is necessary to use the measurement of individual properties of corrugated cardboard, they can be measured by many different measuring techniques and subsequently also their parts. Without this measurement, it is impossible to say what application these cardboards can be used for. First, we will use the technique of measuring the weight and pressure resistance on the edge of the cardboard, and then we will use the pressing technique to obtain data to compare with the data found on the official website. Data from all sources will then be compared and evaluated. After evaluation, the findings are written in tables for better comparison. As soon as the data is visible in this way, it will be evaluated and subsequently suggested possible improvements in production procedures and solutions in the given issue. All these findings will lead to possible suggestions to improve or eliminate errors caused by the manufacturing or construction of the box.
