Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na právovárečné měšťanstvo v Plzni. Zpočátku sleduji vývoj pivovarnictví ve světě a dále popisuji rozvoj měst v českých zemích, až po detailnější popis práva várečného a měšťanskou vrstvu obyvatel s ním spojenou, s užším zaměřením na město Plzeň. Zde také sleduji osudy plzeňských právovárečných měšťanů, založení a osud jejich Měšťanského pivovaru, stejně jako právní kontinuitu osob …more
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on brewing-right bourgeoisie in Pilsen. In the initial parts of the thesis, I deal with the advancement of brewing worldwide; further I depict the development of Czech towns and cities, followed by a detailed description of brewing rights and the sort of the population (bourgeoisie) concerned with them, focusing on the city of Pilsen.
