Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké potřeby se vyskytují u žen s hypertenzí. Dílčí cíle byly zaměřeny na jednotlivé potřeby v oblasti somatické, psychické a sociální. Dalším dílčím cílem pak bylo zjištění potřeb žen ve věku 30?45 let a ve věku 46?65 let, rovněž pak zkoumání rozdílů mezi oběma těmito obdobími. Metodika: Jako metodika byla zvolena prakticky zaměřená ošetřovatelská kazuistika. Jedná se o komplexní kazuistiku žen, které se léčí s onemocněním hypertenze. Kazuistika je zpracována do jednotlivých částí, které na sebe navazují: anamnéza, katamnéza, analýza a interpretace, diskuze. V anamnéze je popsána osobní, rodinná, pracovní, sociální anamnéza, v katamnéze je zaznamenán průběh onemocnění žen od počátku až po současnost, obsahem analýzy a interpretace je hodnocení případu dle potřeb žen. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že potřeby žen s hypertenzí jsou v každém věku jiné, ale onemocnění na ně nemá podstatný vliv. Při řádné léčbě, správné výživě a zdravém životním stylu je hypertenze dobře léčitelná a ženy neomezuje v běžném životě ani aktivitách. U obou žen hrál roli v propuknutí nemoci genotyp a stres, u starší ženy navíc obezita a věk. Závěr: Toto onemocnění stále více procentuálně narůstá, patří k nejčastějším onemocněním, je varovným signálem pro celou populaci bez ohledu na věk nebo pohlaví, patří k civilizačním nemocem. Velký vliv má špatná informovanost o tomto onemocnění, špatná životospráva, především špatné stravovací návyky a nedostatek pohybu. Velice důležitá je informovanost veřejnosti. Důležitá je také edukace pacientů zdravotnickým personálem již během návštěvy praktického lékaře nebo v průběhu preventivních prohlídek.

Abstract:

The goal: The goal of this thesis was to find out what needs women with hypertension have. Partial goals were focused on individual needs in somatic, psychological and social area. Another partial objective was to find out needs of women aged 30-45 and 46-65 as well as to compare these two age categories. Methodology: Practically oriented nursing casuistics was used. It concerns complex casuistics of women with hypertension. The casuistics is processed into individual, but related, parts: anamnesis, catamnesis, analysis and interpretation, and discussion. The anamnesis describes personal, family, occupational, and social anamnesis. The catamnesis records the progress of the disease of women from its beginning to the present time. The analysis and interpretation evaluates the individual cases according to women?s needs. Results: It has been found out that the needs of women with hypertension change with age. However, the disease does not have any significant influence on these needs. When keeping to appropriate therapy, diet and life style, hypertension can be easily curable and the women are not limited in their daily life and activities. An important role in the disease outbreak of both women was played by their genotype and stress, the elder woman?s reasons also included obesity and age. Conclusion: This disease is gradually rising in percentage among population. It belongs to the most frequent diseases, it is a warning signal for the whole population no matter age or sex. It belongs to civilisation diseases. Low awareness, bad regime, primarily bad diet and lack of movement are of a significant importance for this disease. Informing the public about this disease is very important. The same is valid for being educated by the medical staff as early as during visits at the GPs or preventive checks.
