Abstract:
Práce se zabývá změnou přístupu k cizincům, kteří na naše území vstupují, pobývají na něm a vystupují z něj. Práce je zaměřena na popis současného stavu, odhalení největších problémů a návrh na jejich řešení. Tato problematika se změnila přistoupením České republiky do Schengenského prostoru.
Abstract:
The work engages in the change of approach to foreigners coming, living and leaving our country. The work describes current situation, finds the biggest problems and proposes their solutions. This topic has changed when Czech Republic joined the Schengen agreement.
