Abstract:

Práce zkoumá na základě vybraných rozvozových tras možnost zefektivnění distribuce piva z pivovaru Poutník k zákazníkům. Jsou posuzovány trasy obsluhující určitou oblast ve vybraný den. Je k tomu využito matematických metod, konkrétně Clark-Wrightova metoda, Mayerova a Vogelova aproximační metoda. Metody jsou aplikovány za účelem snížení dopravního výkonu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoreticko-metologickou, kde je teoretický základ k dané problematice dopravy, logistiky a distribuce. Zvolené matematické metody jsou popsány v metodice. Druhá, aplikační část, představuje pivovar Poutník a následně pomocí zvolených metod řeší možnost zlepšení rozvozových tras, navržených dopravcem. V diskuzi výsledků jsou výsledené trasy získané aplikací zvolených metod komparovány s trasou navrženou dopravcem. Na závěr je zhodnocena vhodnost aplikovaných metod na tento problém.

Abstract:

The thesis examines the possibility of streamlining the distribution of beer from the Poutník brewery to customers on the basis of selected distribution routes. Routes serving a certain area on a selected day are assessed. Mathematical methods are used for this, namely Clark-Wright's method, Mayer's and Vogel's approximation method. The methods are applied in order to reduce traffic performance. The work is divided into theoretical and methodological part, where there is a theoretical basis for the issue of transport, logistics and distribution. Selected mathematical methods are described in the methodology. The second part, the application part, presents the Poutník brewery and then, using selected methods, solves the possibility of improving the delivery routes proposed by the carrier. In the discussion of the results, the resulting routes obtained by applying the selected methods are compared with the route proposed by the carrier. Finally, the suitability of the applied methods for this problem is evaluated.
