Comparison of impact of running track shoes used by non-athletes

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním výkonů v běžeckých disciplínách za použití atletických treter a běžeckých bot u skupiny neatletů. V teoretické části práce rozebírá a popisuje atletiku, pojmy jako je sportovní a atletický výkon, dále dělí a charakterizuje běžecké disciplíny. Práce se zabývá technikou běhu, rozdělením základních běžeckých bot a atletických treter, v poslední řadě i atletickými povrchy a jejich technickým dělením. Analytická část představuje výzkum, jehož hlavním cílem je porovnat vliv na výkonnost za použití atletických treter ve srovnání s použitím klasických běžeckých bot. Analytická část je prezentována a hodnocena pomocí tabulek a vlastních komentářů.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of performances in cross-country disciplines using athletic running track shoes and running shoes in a group of nonathletes. In the theoretical part of the work it discusses and describes athletics, concepts such as sportsmanship and athletic performance, further divides and characterizes running disciplines. The work deals with the technique of running, the division of basic running shoes and athletic running track shoes, lastly the athletic surfaces and their technical division. The analysis section represents research whose main objective is to compare the effect on performance using athletic running track shoes compared to using conventional running shoes. The analytical part is presented and evaluated using tables and custom comments.
