Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku opravných prostředků ve správním řízení, a to jak prostředky řádné, tak mimořádné. Rozebrány jsou základní opravné prostředky ve správním řízení včetně navazující soudní judikatury. Není opomenut ani soudní přezkum správních rozhodnutí a exkurz do německé právní úpravy. This Master is focused on issues related to remedial measures, both ordinary and extraordinary, in administrative proceedings. The basic remedial measures in administrative proceedings as well as follow-up case law are analysed.
