Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na téma Moţnosti vzdělávání pracovníků jako faktor konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Protoţe vzdělání je důleţitá součást ţivota a obzvlášť v dnešní době velké konkurence. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první obsahuje více teorie k přiblíţení problematiky, druhá část se zabývá praktickou realizací na firmu DITIPO, a.s. Hlavním úkolem je zjištění úrovně vzdělávání a případně navrhnutí lepšího vzdělávacího programu.

Abstract:

I focused on the topic Possibilities in the education of workers as the factor of the competitiveness of the company in my diploma thesis, because the education is the important part of the life, especially nowadays, in the age of the large competition. The thesis is divided into two parts, when the first contains more theory needed to the approximation of the topic and the second part deals with the practical realization within the DITIPIO Inc. Company. The main task is to find out the level of the education and eventually suggestion of the better educational program.
