Abstract:

This thesis deals with German company UnionOcel, s.r.o., whose headquarter is located in Czech Republic, more specifically, in Kopřivnice. The introduction deals with the ambitions of the company, its economic structure and the company itself. Furthermore, this work deals with the financial crisis in 2008, when and why it broke out. The main theme of this work is to verify, if the financial crisis had an impact on UnionOcel, s.r.o., and if so ? how and in what way they handle it. Personal observations and own conclusions, completed questionnaires and information from people who work there, were included in the bachelor´s thesis, if the financial crisis the company has actually affected.

Abstract:

Diese Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit der deutschen Firma UnionOcel, s.r.o., deren Sitz sich in der Tschechischen Republik, genauer gesagt, in Kopřivnice befindet. Die Einleitung befasst sich mit den Ambitionen des Unternehmens, seiner Wirtschaftsstruktur und dem Unternehmen an sich. Weiterhin wird die Finanzkrise im Jahre 2008 behandelt. Das Hauptthema dieser Bachelorarbeit ist es nachzuweisen, ob die Finanzkrise Einfluss auf UnionOcel, s.r.o. hatte, und wenn ja ? wie und in welcher Form sie damit umgeht. Eigene Beobachtungen und die daraus gewonnenen Erkenntnisse, ausgefüllten Fragebogen und Informationen von Personen, welche dort arbeiten, wurden in die Bachelorarbeit miteinbezogen, ob die Finanzkrise die Firma tatsächlich beeinflusst hat. Tato práce se zabývá německou firmou UnionOcel, s.r.o. sídlící v České republice, konkrétně v Kopřivnici, především se zaměřením, strukturou a chodem firmy. Dále se zabývá také obecně finanční krizí v roce 2008, kdy a proč vypukla. Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit, zdali finanční krize tuto firmu nějak ovlivnila, pokud ano- jak a jakým způsobem se s tím vyrovnala. Na základě vlastního pozorování, získání poznatků, vyplněných dotazníků, informací od osob pracujících v této firmě, je v práci vystihnuto, zdali finanční krize skutečně tuto firmu ovlivnila.
