Abstract:
Jako téma své bakalářské práce jsem si vybrala charakteristiku smluvně závazkových vztahů. V této práci bych chtěla provést charakteristiku a analýzu smluvně závazkových vztahů jak z obchodního zákoníku, tak i z občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
I chose the characteristics of contractual relationships as the theme of my bachelor thesis. In this paper, I would like to perform a characterization and an analysis of contractual obligations from the view of the Commercial Code, as well as the Civil Code.
