Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu ve vybrané průmyslové společnosti. Výstupem analýzy jsou navržená opatření pro společnost Senior Flexonics, která zefektivňují a zkvalitňují výrobní proces nerezové trubky do motoru automobilu. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process in a selected industrial company. The result of the analysis is the proposed measures for the company Senior Flexonics, which streamline and improve the production process of stainless steel tubes for car engines.
