Abstract:
Cílem této práce je sledovat nukleační proces v podchlazených taveninách systému Se ? Te. Nukleace byla pozorována pomocí optického mikroskopu pracujícího v infračervené oblasti u vzorků se složením Se90Te10, Se80Te20 a Se70Te30 při zvolených teplotách. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to observe the nucleation process in undercooled Se - Te melts. Nucleation was studied at chosen temperatures in samples with composition Se90Te10, Se80Te20 a Se70Te30 using an optical microscope working in the infrared region. The measured data were used to determinate time dependences of nuclei density. The dependences were used to evaluate the nucleation rates at chosen …more
