Abstract:
Cílem této práce je sledovat nukleační proces v podchlazených taveninách systému Se ? Te. Nukleace byla pozorována pomocí optického mikroskopu pracujícího v infračervené oblasti u vzorků se složením Se90Te10, Se80Te20 a Se70Te30 při zvolených teplotách. The aim of this thesis is to observe the nucleation process in undercooled Se - Te melts. Nucleation was studied at chosen temperatures in samples with composition Se90Te10, Se80Te20 a Se70Te30 using an optical microscope working in the infrared region.
