Thermodynamics of proton solvation in water clusters
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na určení strukturních změn protonovaných klastrů vody v závislosti na teplotě. Byly zkoumány klastry H+(H2O)n o velikosti n = 3 ? 13 simulační metodou parallel tempering Monte Carlo v kombinaci s metodou multiple histogram za použití dvou interakčních modelů vytvořených Kozackem a Jordanem [Koz1992]. Abstract:
The purpose of this work is the identification of structural changes in protonated water clusters with rising temperature. Clusters H+(H2O)n of sizes n = 3 ? 13 were considered and studied by parallel tempering Monte Carlo methods in combination with the multiple histogram method using two interaction models developed by Kozack and Jordan [Koz1992].
