V práci je rozobratá najmä platná právna úprava, ktorá platí a riadia sa ňou všetky štátne organizácie a organizačné zložky štátu pri výkone jeho práva. V prvej časti je zameraná na históriu a na postupné formovanie zákonov, ktoré sa majetku štátu a hospodárenia s ním týkajú .Cieľom mojej práce bolo zhodnotiť zákon o majetku štátu.
