Determination of value of the company VAHAL s.r.o.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty podniku VAHAL, s.r.o. k datu 1.1.2018. Práce se skládá ze tří částí, v první části jsou stanovena teoretická východiska, ve druhé je představen podnik a provedena strategická analýza, analýza finančního zdraví podniku a ve třetí části je zvolena nejvhodnější metoda pro ocenění podniku a stanovena jeho hodnota.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on determination of value of company VAHAL, s.r.o. as of 1^stJanuary 2018. Thesis is composed of three parts, in first part theoretical background is defined, in second one company is introduced and strategic and financial analysis are completed and in third part the most appropriate method of valuation is chosen and the firm value is determined.
