Running and appropriate running shoes - a case study

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá výběrem vhodné běžecké obuvi pro danou techniku běhu z hlediska prevence zranění a zvýšení výkonnosti. Studie proběhla v biomechanické laboratoři v ostravě na dynamo-grafickém ergometru Bertec ve zkalibrovaném prostoru systému Qualisys. Metodou kinematicko-dynamické analýzy pohybu v trojrozměrném prostoru byly experimentálně změřeny parametry běhu a došlapu. Stanovili jsme diference v testech mezi čtyři typy obuvi a během na boso. Kritérii byly hodnoty rotací a pohybů v hlezenním, kolením a kyčelním kloubu a odchylky velikostí sil působících na běžce. Z věcného i odborného hlediska byly rozdíly určeny jako velké a ovlivnily celkovou techniku běhu. Probandův došlap byl stanoven jako neutrální, tudíž se zdravou rotací bez závažných odchylek. Na základě výsledků byla doporučena pro výkonnostní běh obuv Mizuno Wave Rider 13.

Abstract:

The work deals with the choice of an appropriate running shoe for the technic of running in terms of injury prevention and performance improvement. The study took place in the biomechanics laboratory in Ostrava on dynamo-graphic ergometre Bertec at calibrated area of system Qualisys. The method of kinematic-dynamic analysis of the movement in 3D space experimentally measured parameters of running and impact. We established the differences among 4 types of footwear and the running barefoot. Criteria were sizes of values and rotation movements at the ankle, knee and hip and variations of forces acting on the runner. From the material and technical point of view was the differences identified as a big and could affect of the overall running technique. Proband impact was established like a neutral, so with healthy station and without serious deviations. Based on the results was suggested for the performance running shoe Mizuno Wave Rider 13th.
