Business plan for the establishment of the company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem na založení kominické firmy poskytující služby, které jsou pro vybrané subjekty povinné ze zákona. Nejdříve je definován samotný podnikatelský záměr včetně potřebného technického vybavení, umístění podniku, organizační struktury a vize, cílu a zkušeností podnikatele. Následně je zvolena právní forma podniku, provedena analýza oborového okolí podniku a analýza SWOT a zpracován marketingový mix. Dále je proveden odhad objemu poskytovaných služeb a zpracován finanční plán. Na konci práce je podnikatelský záměr zhodnocen pomocí statických a dynamických metod vyhodnocení efektivnosti projektu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je daný podnikatelský záměr po ekonomické stránce proveditelný a zda je z dlouhodobějšího hlediska životaschopný. Hypoteticky se předpokládá, že podnikatelský záměr bude proveditelný a to i po ukončení jedné z činností z důvodu legislativní změny. Dále se předpokládá, že čistý příjem z podnikání převýší příjem získaný ze zaměstnaneckého poměru v kominické firmě.

Abstract:

The doctoral thesis deals with the business plan for founding a chimney sweepers’ company providing services which are for selected entities required by law. Firstly is defined the actual bussiness plan including a necessary technical equipment, a placement of the company, an organizational structure and visions, aims and experiences of a businessman. Subsequently it deals with legal form of the company, an analysis of branch (professional) environment of the company and a SWOT analysis are carried out, and a marketing mix processed. Than is an estimation of provided services’ capacity done, and a financial plan processed. At the end there is the business plan evaluated using static and dynamic methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the project. The aim of the thesis is to found out if the business plan is feasible in economical way and if it is viable in longer therm. Hypothetically, it is supposed that the business plan is feasible even after one of the activity is over because of the legislative changes. Than it is supposed that the net income from business exceeds the income gained from empolyment in the company.
