Thesis offers a theoretical overview of the issue of consumer protection – from the perspective of a commercial bank client – in the field of the legal and physical protection of client´s money within dealing with the bank. Abstract:
Práca prináša teoretický pohľad na problematiku ochrany spotrebiteľa – klienta komerčnej banky – v rovine právnej, ako aj v oblasti fyzickej ochrany klientových peňazí v rámci styku s bankou. V praktickej časti sa práca venuje analýze systému ochrany platobných kariet. Pozornosť je venovaná jednotlivým bezpečnostným prvkom a rizikám zneužitia platobných kariet.
