Establishment of a subsidiary of the company TON a.s. in Germany

Anotace:

Ziel dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Erstellung eines Businessplans für die Gründung einer Tochtergesellschaft in Deutschland. Dieser Businessplan konzentriert sich auf die Gründung eines neuen Unternehmens, insbesondere auf dem deutschen Markt. Die Arbeit besteht aus einem theoretischen und einem praktischen Teil. Im Projektteil geht es bereits um die Planung selbst und die Erstellung einzelner Teile des Businessplans, der als Grundlage für die Unternehmensgründung dient. Das wichtigste Ergebnis ist die Feststellung, ob das Vorhaben realisierbar ist oder nicht.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a subsidiary in Germany. This business plan focuses on the establishment of a new company, especially in the German market. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The project part already deals with the planning itself and the creation of individual parts of the business plan, which serves as the basis for the company foundation. The most important result is to determine whether the project is feasible or not.
