Abstract:
Disertační práce „Malý“ dekret v Ostravě 1945-1948 se skládá ze dvou částí: první - popisná - se pokouší detailně zmapovat postavení, fungování a mechanismy „malého“ dekretu v retribučním soudnictví a tato teoretická východiska pak konfrontovat s retribuční praxí. Abstract:
Thesis “Little” Decree in Ostrava in 1945-1948 is devided into two parts: the first part focuses on outlining the notion of „collaboration“; in the second part, mostly analytic, the author has shown the practical activities of retribution committees in both-mentioned periods in the instance of Ostrava.
