Scientific thinking of preschool children

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na pozorování myšlení dětí v předškolním věku, které navštěvují výchovně vzdělávací instituci (mateřskou školu), a to zejména v oblasti jejich vědeckého myšlení. Teoretická část se skládá z charakteristiky předškolního věku dítěte z pohledu somatického, citového i sociálního. Dále také obsahuje mechanismy zpracování informací, vědecké myšlení a myšlení jako takové. Důležitou kapitolou je vzdělávání dětí v mateřské škole, dětské aktivity, hry a zájmy. V neposlední řadě je zde i zmínka o poruchách myšlení, které je důležité znát a umět s jedincem, který jimi trpí, popřípadě pracovat. Praktická neboli empirická část je zaměřena na realizaci určitých experimentů. Vybrané pokusy budou děti provádět, pokud možno samy a já jako pedagog je budu při této činnosti pozorovat, zaměřovat se budu především na jejich myšlení. Z mého pozorování pak budu zaznamenávat jejich hypotézy a závěry.

Abstract:

My bachelor's thesis is focused on the observation the thinking of the preschool children who attend the educational institution (nursery school), especially in the field of their scientific thinking. The theoretical part consists of the characteristics of the preschool age of the child from a somatic, sensitive and social point of view. Furthermore, I deal with the information processing mechanism, scientific thinking and thinking as such. An important chapter in the thesis describes the education of children in the nursery school, children's activities, games and interests. As importantly there is also a mention of thought disorders, which is necessary to know and be able to work with the individual who suffers from them. The practical or empirical part is focused on the realization of certain experiments. The selected experiments will be performed by the children themselves and I, as the educator, will observe them during this activity, I will focus mainly on their thinking. From my observation I will be taking down their hypotheses and conclusions.
